HOW TO PLAY
1. Create a Team!
Grab your friends and create a team of 2-5 people. All adults, teenagers or maybe an adult with children….its up to you!
Struggling to get your team together…you only need 2 to register, additional people can be added on the day.
2. Plan your Costume
Decide on a team outfit! Points will be awarded to the best dressed team before the race starts. So be creative!
Thinking of a mascot….thats a great idea, there will be bonus points for involving your team mascot.
3. Check in on the Day
Arrive early to check in your team. Only 1 team member needs to check in your team and collect your challenge sheet and app log in details.
Download the Goosechase app before you arrive, all other details provided on the day.
4. Collect your Map
You must wait at the start area until the starting gun sounds! Maps will be handed out 10min before this, just enough time to start planning….
5. Seek out as many points as you can
You have 3 hours to collect as many points as you can. Points can be collected by finding answers to clues or completing fun challenges. There will be some bonus points along the way.
You can attend clues and challenges in any order you like.
6. Return on time (or lose points)
Return 3 hours after the start gun (at 12pm). Points are lost for every minute you are late so make sure you ‘scan in’ on your return to record you time.
In the event that 2 teams have the same number of points, the team that returned first will be the winner.
7. Relax
Once you’ve returned, relax and enjoy the music and activities while points are verified and presentations are…..prepared.
